These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of cconline.ai (the "Platform"), operated by C&C ONLINE MARKETING, a partnership registered in Malaysia ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
The Platform provides access to premium stock asset downloads and a suite of AI-powered image tools (including image generation, editing, background removal, upscaling, and related features), together with a wallet-based billing system. Features may be added, changed, or removed at our discretion.
Where subscription plans are offered, a subscription remains active until its expiry and renews only as described at the point of purchase. Wallet top-ups, credits, and subscription payments are generally non-refundable once credited or activated, except where required by law, or where a technical failure caused by the Platform prevents delivery of a purchased service — in which case the corresponding amount will be refunded to your wallet. Any feature described as "unlimited" remains subject to fair usage limits intended to protect platform stability for all users. Excessive, automated, or abusive usage may be temporarily rate-limited, suspended, or restricted at our discretion.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you generate or upload. You retain ownership of the content you upload, and you must ensure you have the necessary rights to upload such materials and to use the generated outputs. Subject to these Terms and the licensing terms of any original source, you may use images you generate on the Platform for your own commercial and personal purposes. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or resemble existing works, and you are responsible for verifying them before use.
The Platform itself, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by C&C ONLINE MARKETING and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in the Platform's own intellectual property.
The Platform relies on third-party services (including Google, Facebook, payment gateways, cloud, email, and AI providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these third parties, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, payment abuse, credential sharing, automated scraping, breach of these Terms, or illegal activity, or where we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, unused wallet balances or credits may be forfeited where permitted by law.
We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, in part due to maintenance and third-party service providers. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, C&C ONLINE MARKETING and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
